Training Kitchen

The project was to investigate possible internal alterations to the existing Hotel Hospitality for Catering Department and Student refectory, to create accommodation which would suit growing student numbers and a better environment to work and study.  The new accommodation would replace out dated teaching rooms, training kitchen and restaurant, which overtime had become disjointed and awkward to move around.  It did not make the most of the limited usable space within the confines of the existing building.

Entrance Lobby

 Simple extension to the existing front main entrance to create an inviting entrance vestibule, that would improve the building environment and visual appeal by using creative lighting, both floor and ceiling mounted.

Contract period – 20 weeks (concept to completion on site)
