Leadmill

Proposed redevelopment of a two centre site made up of 2 existing buildings.  The first building accommodating the College’s metal working facility and a second building, known as ‘The Wentworth Building’, accommodating a kitchen with refectory.

The new building is designed to accommodate the existing uses as well as providing space for the Music and Performing Art facility and a venue for public entertainment. Also training with accommodation for life skills. A multi-functional external space and garden also formed part of the project. Contract value - £2.25 million.
