Abbey Warehouse

Abbey Warehouse, Penzance was originally built in 1810 with alterations and additions made in 1840.

The restoration of the existing building, which had been vacant since the mid 1950’s, started on site 2008 and was fully completed 18 months later.  The existing accommodation was converted into office suits and an art gallery.

The works were managed on site by the developer, using local tradespersons and where possible local supplies.

The contract value was approximately £1 million.
