JCT Wakefield

The site is located on Dewsbury Road one of the major routes into Wakefield off the M1. The site prior to the redevelopment had been used to accommodate a commercial dairy.

 The development involved to complete redevelopment of the site, which involved the demolition of the existing buildings and site clearance and the erection of a new building to accommodate VW in Wakefield for JCT600. The building incorporates all of the main VW corporate architectural building elements and is one of the first in the North of England to use the sloping glass front to the main elevation. The new accommodation provided, includes a 9 car showroom and an 11 bay mechanical workshop.
