Renault Bolton

A new build dealership for the Renault Retail Group UK Ltd, to replace a site that was no longer large enough to accommodate a state of the art Renault facility. The contract for the building of the new dealership was split into “shell and fit-out” works. The shell and external works were tendered separately to general construction companies while to fit out and internal works were tendered to shop fitters. Both were managed has separate contacts.

The dealership once completed created a showroom which would accommodate 9 new cars with ancillary offices, customer toilets and other point of sale items. The workshop had 16 work bays, an MOT Bay and large parts department as well as workshop toilets and welfare facilities. Externally the Used Car Lot had over 130 spaces.
