Cherry Tree Lodge Farm - Proposed Caravan Park and Leisure facilities

Kennedy Design have been appointed lead consultant on an important farm diversification scheme to provide a new touring caravan storage facility to accommodate 476 units and a touring site with 42 serviced pitches, WC block and site office. The development will incorporate several renewable technologies such as off grid power, reed bed foul water treatment plant and grey water recycling.
A planning application is expected to be submitted early 2014 following what will be a lengthy pre-application consultation process with the Planners and Environment Agency.
